Shipping and Delivery
Unless otherwise noted on individual product pages, items from the shop are exclusive of shipping fees and are shipped from the USA.
For Canada and Worldwide orders, please allow extra time once the parcel reaches your borders for customs inspections. Your local customs processing timeframe may vary according to locale and season, you may want to check with your local office for more information. Shipping times may be affected by delays beyond our control such as severe weather conditions.

The holiday season is especially busy for postal services worldwide, please plan and order well ahead of time to receive your parcel in time.
POSTERS, PRINTS, KITCHENWARE and APPAREL SHIPPING
These will ship from a separate warehouse and the prices are inclusive of shipping. For multiple purchases of any single item in these categories that ship to a single address (e.g. two mugs, two posters), we will charge only the exact shipping amount and refunds will be issued for excess shipping.

International orders typically take 3-6 weeks to arrive depending on customs inspection and the local postal service. Customs and Duties fees may apply.
Ship rates and options can be seen at checkout. Oloris Publishing offers both tracked and untracked options and uses a combination of USPS, UPS Priority Mail Innovations and FedEx Ground depending on each shipping region.
UPS Priority Mail Innovations are a joint venture between USPS and UPS that offers a more cost effective shipping option to international destinations but with a longer delivery time frame. Tracking is only provided until the packages leave the US and when it is delivered; however, the service offers no tracking guarantee beyond the US borders. For urban destinations in Canada and Europe, the average delivery estimate via this option is 10-14 business days.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers outside the USA may be charged customs and import duties; we have no control over what may be charged at your border. The recipient is responsible for paying any such fees and we will not be liable for any brokerage, custom or import duties. Policies vary from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office to check prior to placing an order.
If you choose to use FedEx services where available, FedEx may bill you their brokerage fee post-delivery.
It is our legal responsibility to correctly declare the value of your parcels and therefore cannot underdeclare anything to avoid border fees.
If you refuse to pay the fees charged to you then you are also refusing your parcel. If your refused parcel is returned to us, we will issue a purchase price refund (shipping is non-refundable) upon receiving the package, less shipping charges and other fees the postal service charges us for the return of the package. We do not know how much this will be until we receive the package. We are not held accountable and are unable to issue refunds for refused packages that are not returned or destroyed for disposal.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you receive a damaged, incomplete parcel, or incorrect parcel, please email a photo of the product, photo of the packing slip and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you change your mind about a purchase and want to exchange a product, please return it within 30 days of receiving to the mailing address on the package and we will exchange the product, or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) upon receipt. You are responsible for return costs if you change your mind about an order.
- If you choose an exchange and the exchanged item is priced higher than the original item ordered or you wish to add another item, you will be billed any difference plus shipping. If you exchange it for a lower-priced product, the price difference will be deducted from the shipping charge. We recommend returning the item via registered post as we cannot issue exchanges if we do not receive the item.
- If you choose a refund instead, you will be refunded your purchase price upon our receipt of the returned item.
Q: I changed my mind and returned a parcel but I think it might be lost.
A: We recommend that you use registered post when returning items as this offers proof of mailing, insurance, delivery confirmation, and may include other services depending on your postal service. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds if we do not receive the returned item.
Q: Where is my order?
A: You can track your parcel here. USPS First Class shipping is untracked and UPS Priority Mail Innovation is only partially tracked. If you live outside the United States, please allow extra time on top of the shipping timeframe allotted for customs processing. For items shipped via UPS Priority Mail Innovations, please note that there is generally a longer customs clearance period. Customs processing timelines are unpredictable so if you need an international order by a certain date, we recommend ordering ahead of time.
Q: Help! I made a mistake on my shipping address!
A: If you made a mistake with your shipping address or want to modify your order, you have 24 hours before we put the order through. Please email us immediately at email@example.com. After 24 hours, we may or may not be able to modify your order anymore depending on its fulfilment status.
